Entering the Building: Upon arriving at The Houstonian Club, make your way to the front entrance. You'll be greeted by our friendly staff at the front desk.
Check in with the Front Desk: Show the front desk staff your order pickup email, and they'll guide you to the retail store where your items are waiting.
Order Pickup: Our retail staff will be more than happy to retrieve your order. They'll ensure you have everything you need before you leave.
